Organizing in the New Year

After having time off work for winter break, I thought I would tackle organizing under my bathroom sink/drawers. I have many lotions and hair products as well as BirchBox product samples. I headed to Walmart to get a plastic drawer organizer. Each drawer is for a different product: hair, face, lotions.

Happy August! This was my birthday week, so getting my Birchbox this week was like another present!!

 

Juice Beauty: oil-free moisturizer to be used morning and night to hydrate skin

Whish: exfoliating body wash with a coconut-rich scrub

*I have previously received a Whish shaving cream product and LOVED it, so I am looking forward to this product very much!

 Curly Hair Solutions: weightless serum to keep my curls defined

*I have naturally curly hair and with the humidity of Kansas summers, I'm looking forward to this

June Birchbox

Here's my June Birchbox!

Klorane Gentle Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk (find it here) - I'm excited to use this especially with summer pool visits and not wanting to wash/blow dry all the time

 Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser (find it here) - Again, with all the time out in the sun, exfoliating is a must!

Laqa & Co Lil' Lip Duo (find it here) - I received a very bright pink color of this lip tint, not sure I am a fan (after I tried it, my husband asked if I was going to an '80s throwback party). I used it again with a bit of vaseline (my favorite lip gloss!) and liked it much better as a simple tint.

Color Club® Wanderlust (find it here) - I was a little bummed out when I saw the other colors I could have received in in this color collection. I especially liked the coral polish. I have "Mod in Manhattan" and I hope it will look great once I have worked on my tan a bit more!

 twistband Birchbox Nautical Hair Tie Collection (find it here) - This is my second twistband from Birchbox, and I love them! They hold back my hair just like a normal hairband, but they do not leave a crease after I take it out.

Target Beauty Products

This evening, I went on a Target run for some beauty products. I picked up four E.L.F. products and a could packages of makeup remover.

I bought two liquid eyeliners: one black and glitter gold. I have other black liquid eyeliners, but the gold was a spur of a moment purchase! I'm excited to wear it :)

 

I bought some eyelid primer. A friend of mine uses primer and recommended it. I have never used this before and am looking forward to seeing how it works!

I am also trying out some eye shadow as well

As well, I picked up some Up & Up make up remover slips. And for $0.97, the price can't be beat! I love using these wipes, they get every bit of make up on my face
