Sunflower Elementary - Color Run

William's school held a color run! It was so fun to get together at his school. I'm so used to going to school events as a teacher, it was fun to go as a parent. Bret was working, so Aunt Anders went with us for the fun! William had fun and tried to go after some of the color to get his shirt very colorful!

First Day of School 2019-2020

William started PreK! He is in his first year at Sunflower Elementary. His teacher went to high school with Bret and me. We are so excited to have her as his teacher! After hearing about school from some of the other kids at daycare, he was so excited that it was his turn! I was able to get coverage for my classroom so Bret and I could see him into his first day. He rode the bus and we met him at the school. He loved it!

Another year in 3rd grade for me! I love my teaching team with Natalie & Christy. I also snagged a pic with my school bud, Annie, 4th grade teacher across the pod.

Happy Birthday, America!!

We celebrated a day early in Topeka with family. W tried out some fireworks for the first time. He wasn't sure if he liked them or not. I'm sure his father will teach him the ways of the firework.

Bret worked on the actual day of the Fourth of July so we celebrated earlier in the day. W and Bret donned their matching America outfits and we got ice cream and shot a couple of daytime fireworks together. That night, W and I watched fireworks with our neighbors. Gardner put on quite a show!

Whole Family Vacation to San Diego

The whole Fisher side of our family traveled to San Diego for a family vacation. We had so much fun together. We visited the naval base, Moonlight Beach, San Diego Zoo, LegoLand, and hanging out at the rented house.
